Position Title: Application Developer
 
Position Location: Iselin, NJ

Job Description:

 

Performs the following activities: requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation. Gains necessary input/approval of requirements and design and participates in code reviews. Ensures applications meet requirements and is error free. Develops technical system documentation Manages workload to deliver quality deliverables that meet requirements and timelines. Communicates status of assignments to supervisor. Notifies supervisor of issues that impact productivity or ability to meet expectations. Resolves issues or escalates to Manager, if necessary. Checks work in to central repositories. Experience in developing UNIX shell scripts is required; Experience in PLSQL programming is required; Experience with Oracle 10g environment preferred. Excellent skills in writing, maintaining, testing and debugging code in applicable programming languages. Experience with Oracle relational databases. Experience writing commercial-grade applications. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data warehousing preferred. Experience in developing ASP.NET/AJAX applications. Working knowledge of TIBCO GI, UNIX; PL/SQL; Oracle; Data Warehousing; Active Server Pages (ASP)

Job Requirements:
 
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent. Must have 4-5 years experience in the job offered or 2 years of progressive experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Methodologies. Please send resumes to-
