Position Title: Operations Manager

Job Description:  
 
Will collaborate and consult with the senior management of the organization to provide guidance on the strategic direction of managing of resources and operational services. Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits, such as need for increase in salary/rates for the services provided or obtained by the company. Recommends capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment which would increase efficiency and services of operations department. Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within limits of operations department budget. Enforces compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Develop business forecast trends in the Information Technology Industry. Gather data on competitor services for analyzing prices for similar services rendered by the company for developing business forecasts and trends. Generate reports and presentations to management for identifying changes in computer and systems technology to enhance company’s competitive position in the market.
 
Job Requirements:
